The 45th Convocation of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay will be held on Friday, August 10, 2007, at 4.00 p.m. at the Convocation Hall, IIT Bombay.

Mr. Lakshmi N. Mittal, President & CEO, ArcelorMittal, will be the chief guest on the occasion.

Prof. M.G.K. Menon, Padma Vibhushan, will be awarded the degree of Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa), for his active contributions towards the scientific development of India.
