Ms. Sneha Gupta, B. Tech. student of department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science, has been selected for the Indian National Academy of Engineering INAE Innovative students Project Award 2006.  She did her innovative project of "Nanocrystalline Silicon Formation Through Aluminium Induced Crystallization" under the guidance of Prof. R. O. Dusane.  This work has also been accepted in the 4th International Conference on HWCVD to be held in Gifu, Japan in October 2006.
