    Final Answer Keys

Based on the recommendations made by the UCEED 2017 paper setting team which carefully scrutinised all the comments received on the draft answer keys, the UCEED Committee has finalised the answer keys (click here to download).
The final answer keys are binding on all the candidates, and will be used to evauate your answers in UCEED 2017.

    Candidate Answer Sheets

1. All candidates who appeared in UCEED 2017 can download their individual answer sheets by logging into the UCEED admissions portal.
2. The answers/marks in your answer sheets are not final. You are supposed to use it only to know your responses/answers.
3. Ignore the evaluation and marks in the answer sheets. If you have any comments or disagreements with the Draft Answer Keys posted on the website send us an email.
4. The given Answer Keys correspond to the Question Paper we have released. So it is important that you refer to both the question paper (and not your answer sheet) and the answer keys to know the correct answers. Indicate the question number (Q1 to Q85), as it is numbered on the released question paper (and not as they appear in your answer sheet) when you send your comments.
5. Once we review all comments and the Answer keys are finalised, we will release the final answer keys. All answer sheets will be evaluated again against the final answer keys and the final scores will be announced.

    Responding to the Answer Keys

1. Do not just comment that a particular answer key should be xyz because you answered it xyz, or just simply point out that some answer key is wrong. Explain why you think an answer key is wrong. Provide the worked out solution, with diagrams if required, which leads to your alternate answer, or disproves the draft answer.
2. Indicate the question number (Q1 to Q85), as it is numbered on the released question paper. It helps to identify and refer to the question you are commenting about.
3. As far as possible, put all your comments into a single email rather than multiple emails for different questions.
4. The UCEED office will not respond to your emails. All your emails however will be carefully read and issues raised will be thoroughly checked.
5. While you may use the answer keys to calculate how much you will score, the purpose of releasing the draft answer keys is for you to report any discrepancy or disagreement with the provided answers. For that you only need the QP and the answer keys. Your answer sheets will be available for download sometime this week.
