FOCUS OF THE WORKSHOP
This workshop will cover
important issues related to What, Why, When and How of Six Sigma. The
participants will be prepared to carryout Six Sigma projects in their
organizations. Their confidence will be enhanced through practice
sessions comprising of exercises and cases of different business
functions and also by exposing them to different success stories. The
workshop will address issues related to how to realize Six Sigma
performance in Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Management and
Customer Relationship Management with various time tested concepts
including Lean, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, Value Engineering, QFD, TQM and others.
