Students have to fill the information on the google sheet with link for below mention attachment.

  • Caste Certificate (if availed the benefit)
  • PwD Certificate (if availed the benefit)
  • EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate (if availed the benefit)
  • JRF-NET Certificate issued by Exam Unit of CSIR
  • Graduation Mark Sheet
  • Postgraduate Mark Sheet
  • Offer letter issued by CSIR-HRDG/SPMF (Award Letter)
  • Integrated PhD/PhD registration documents for activation of JRF-NET (if qualified candidate is holding the Bachelor degree in science/engineering)-(Bonafide Certificate)
  • Upload Aadhar Card/ Aadhar ACK Number
  • Copy of Bank Passbook
  • Note : (above attachment files Size Should not exceed 1MB Only PDF File Allowed. Photograph Should be in JPG or PNG).

    For the name of pdf file use only alphabts without space or number or special characters

    After submission of CSIR documents, academic office will upload the data in CSIR Online Portal : https://newfms.ncl.res.in

    Student can check this portal after reciving Login Id and Passward from CSIR on your Registered Mobile Number.
