Prof. Jhumpa Adhikari is currently working as a Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and has been on the faculty here since 2004. She received her B.E. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from R.E.C., Durgapur in 1997 followed by her PhD in December, 2003 from the Department of Chemical Engineering, the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, Amherst, NY, USA where she worked under the supervision of Prof. David Kofke. Jhumpa Adhikari’s research is in the area of thermodynamics and molecular simulations.
