We are reaching out to inform you about the upcoming Harmony Hangout event, scheduled to be held in your respective hostels on the dates mentioned below in May 2025. The event poster is attached for your reference.

We kindly request your permission to use a designated space within the hostel premises exclusively for this activity on the specified dates. Additionally, we would need 4 chairs and 1 table to facilitate the setup.

Event Details: Time: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (for all events)
