The Student Wellness Centre invites you to join us in celebrating Mental Health Week from 7th to 11th October with a variety of wellness activities designed to help you unwind, relax, and recharge. The theme for this year's Mental Health Week is:
"It is time to prioritize mental health in the workplace."
Here's what we have planned for you:
7th October: Yoga Session7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
8th October: Sound Bath (2 batches – 25 participants in each batch)Batch 1: 7:30 PM – 8:15 PMBatch 2: 8:30 PM – 9:15 PM
9th October: Dance Movement Therapy (2 batches – 25 participants in each batch)Batch 1: 7:30 PM – 8:15 PMBatch 2: 8:30 PM – 9:15 PM
10th October: Drum Circle7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
7th to 11th October: Art Therapy and Animal6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 7th to 11th October: Assisted Therapy (AAT)6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
