We hope this message finds you in good health.The Student Wellness Centre (SWC)@IITB recognizes the importance of relaxation and unwinding in our lives. Hence, SWC invites professionals from different fields. With this aim in mind, we are delighted to extend an invitation to you for "Vartalaap: Let's Discuss" - A series of engaging discussions focused on exploring the complexities of mental health and fostering skill development. 

The session's details are as follows:

Topic: Paint, Pause & Reflect

1. Introducing Arts-Based Therapy (ABT) in an experiential and relaxing way.2. Help you connect with their emotions, creativity, and body awareness.3. Foster self-expression, grounding, and shared experience.

About the Speaker:

Mrs. Parul Dewal-Hande is a certified Art-Based Therapy practitioner from the World Centre of Creative Learning (WCCL). She has a Master's in Industrial Psychology and a Diploma in Counselling Psychology under her belt. Over the past 11 years, her work involves in helping teenagers and adults alike and overcome mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has also consulted with people to address concerns such as stress, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.  She is the Founder of Enso Counselling and Art Therapy Centre, Mumbai.She also works as a college counsellor at Ruparel College, Mumbai.She is the Trustee of DU Foundation, an NGO that helps individuals in the education sector. From corporates, NGOs, orphanages, colleges, and children’s & adult mental health clinics - her clientele comprises people from a wide range of backgrounds.
