Project title: Student Wellness Center Human Resources
About the project: Student Wellness Centre is a counselling center working as one of the many support systems within IITB to help students achieve their full potential. SWC focuses on the emotional, psychological and mental wellbeing of the students ranging from first year UG to PhD final year.

Job Profile:
The role will be as a School Counsellor to:

• Provide individual and group counselling to school students on academic, emotional, behavioural, and social concerns to support overall well-being.
• Design and deliver psycho-educational sessions on topics such as peer relationships, exam stress, self-esteem, time management, and healthy coping.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to identify student needs, create intervention plans, and provide guidance on managing classroom or behavioural challenges.
• Conduct assessments and maintain records of student progress, ensuring confidentiality and ethical counselling practices.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and connect students or families with external mental health resources when necessary.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Institute.
