We are delighted to inform you that the 63rd Convocation and Departmental Degree Award Function is scheduled on the 24th of August, 2025. This is a momentous occasion to celebrate your achievements and mark the culmination of your academic journey.
On this occasion, we are honoured to announce Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty, our distinguished alumnus, Chairman & Managing Director of Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), as our Chief Guest. He will be presenting the keynote address at this significant event.

Please note:
- Dress Code: The dress code for the ceremony is traditional attire. Graduates are requested to wear a white kurta (Boys) and white salwar-kurta / saree (Girls) and uttariya which were provided to you before the commencement day.
- For those who have not collected the uttariya during commencement, please collect the uttariya from the MEMS Dept. Office.
- Degree recipients are not allowed to leave the Auditorium until completion of the Ceremony.
- The Degree will be handed over to the recipient only. No one can collect your Degree on behalf of you.
