IIT Bombay organized Industry Day on Robotics & AI on 24th April, 2026. The Day brought together industry leaders, innovators, researchers and faculty members, for a day of insightful discussions, networking and collaboration. Through keynote sessions, expert talks, engaging panel discussions, prototype displays and poster presentations, participants explored cutting-edge developments in intelligent robotics, autonomous systems, industrial automation, collaborative machines and AI-driven technologies. 

The event showcased IIT Bombay’s dynamic interdisciplinary robotics ecosystem while opening new avenues for joint research, innovation partnerships and technology development aligned with evolving industry needs. The Institute looks forward to deepening academia-industry collaboration and advancing the future of robotics and artificial intelligence through innovation, shared vision and collective progress. The event witnessed participation from over 50 companies and more than 20 IIT Bombay faculty members, fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration across academia and industry.
