The WRCB Bioinnovation Laboratory at IIT Bombay has officially opened its doors with the support of HiMedia Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. 

This cutting-edge facility is equipped with advanced cell culture and molecular biology tools and technologies, providing a strong foundation for breakthrough research and collaboration. The inauguration also showcased the Open SPR System (Medispec), marking the lab’s first industry–academia collaboration. This new lab will support researchers in advancing knowledge, building partnerships, and creating impactful discoveries. 

"The WRCB Bioinnovation Laboratory, a CSR initiative of HiMedia Labs Pvt Ltd at IIT Bombay, is a small but significant step towards making Bharat Atmanirbhar in key biotech areas by Amrit Kaal 2047", shared Dr. Vishal Warke, Director, R&D Cell Culture and Immunology, at HiMedia Laboratories.
