On June 9, 2025, Prof. K.V.K. Rao, Deputy Director (FIA) and Prof. Milind Atrey, Deputy Director (ART) inaugurated the newly established Café Quantum, located on the 4th floor of the Rahul Bajaj Technology and Innovation Centre, IIT Bombay.

The event was graced by several distinguished functionaries including former Director Prof. Subhasis Chaudhuri; former Deputy Director (AIA) Prof. S. Sudarshan; former Dean (AA) Prof. S. V. Kulkarni; Prof. P. Vedagiri, Dean (IPS); Prof. Nand Kishore, Dean (AA); Prof. Ravindra Gudi, Dean (ACR); Prof. Santosh Gharpure, Dean (FA); Prof. Atul Srivastava, Associate Dean (SA); Mr. Ganesh Bhorkade, Registrar; Prof. Kavi Arya (former Convener, GHAC) and Prof. Varadraj Bapat (Convener, GHAC). Numerous faculty members, officers, staff and students were also present to mark the occasion.
