Prof. Shireesh Kedare, Director, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, inaugurated the new office of the Dean (International Relations (IR)) at the Rahul Bajaj Technology Innovation Centre on 2nd February, 2026. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Ravindra Gudi, Deputy Director (Finance, Infrastructure and Administration); Prof. Milind Atrey, Deputy Director (Academics, Research and Translation) along with Deans, Associate Deans, former Deans, the Registrar, section heads and their teams.

On the occasion, Prof. Kedare also formally launched the new website of the Office of the Dean (International Relations). The platform introduces immersive 360-degree campus views and features a high-resolution 4K drone tour film produced by the IR Office, offering partners and prospective collaborators a dynamic and panoramic glimpse of the Institute’s academic spaces, student facilities and natural landscape.

The gathering reflected the Institute’s continued commitment to strengthening global engagement and advancing international partnership collaborations with professionalism, efficiency and institutional excellence. The Director highlighted the importance of leveraging the newly available infrastructure and digital initiatives to further streamline collaborative processes and enhance global partnerships.
