On July 15,  Prof. Shireesh Kedare, the Institute Director, welcomed Shri Pralhad Joshi, Hon’ble Union Minister of New & Renewable Energy and Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution to IIT Bombay, in presence of Prof. Milind Atrey, Deputy Director (Academics, Research and Translation), Institute functionaries and officials.

During his visit, Shri. Joshi interacted with investigators and members of the Advisory Committee at the National Centre for Photovoltaic Research and Education (NCPRE) and also visited the Perovskite Tandem Solar Cell lab, the Silicon Fab Laboratory and the Medium Voltage Laboratory at IIT Bombay.
