The Institute proudly hosted the SATU Gathering 2026 during 17th–18th March, 2026, bringing together 44 participants from industry, the Indian government and academia—representing 18 universities across 7 countries in the SATU network.

The gathering focused on strengthening collaboration in the semiconductor domain, with rich discussions on translational research, innovation ecosystems, and industry–academia partnerships. Through expert talks, panel discussions and networking sessions, participants explored pathways from research to real-world impact.

By fostering dialogue across academia, industry and policymakers, the event embodied a true “triple helix” approach to innovation—laying the groundwork for deeper regional collaboration and future partnerships.
