Two-Bid System: The two-bid system will be followed for this tender. In this system, bidder must submit their offer in separate sealed envelopes as a Technical and Commercial Bid. Both the technical bid and commercial bid envelopes should be clearly marked as “Envelope No. 1 Technical Bid" and "Envelope No. 2
Commercial Bid" and both these sealed covers are to be put in a bigger cover, which should also be sealed and duly superscribed with the Tender Number and due date and submitted to the concerned department/section mentioned in the tender document.

Pre-bid meeting time & Venue: 27/05/2025 at 15.00 hrs, Ground Floor, Class Room, VMCC, IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai 400076.

The last date for bid submission is 09 June 2025, up to 13:00 hours, and it will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours.

The bid should be submitted offline to  "Hostel Coordinating Unit, Nandan Nilekani Main Building, IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai 400076.".
