  All technical responses along with the required supporting documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as "Technical Bid".
• Price Bid:
  The financial quotation should be submitted strictly as per the given format (Section – 7) in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked as "Price Bid".
• Outer Envelope:
  Both the Technical Bid and Price Bid envelopes must be placed inside a single sealed outer envelope and submitted together.

Please ensure that all envelopes are properly labeled with tender details to avoid any confusion during the evaluation process.
