Campus Tour: Campus Tour by prospective bidders is recommended for understanding the security requirements and scope of contract. Campus visit is scheduled on 18th -19th June, 2026 strictly with prior appointment. Maximum two representatives per bidder are allowed. Bidders who wish to undertake campus tour shall send their request along with authorized letter to the Chief Security Officer, IIT Bombay at cso@iitb.ac.in with copy to purchase.mmd@iitb.ac.in on or before 16th June, 2026 till 5:00 PM.

Note: The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes Technical Bid (Envelope 1) and Price Bid (Envelope 2) super scribing on both the envelopes the Tender No. and the due date and both these sealed covers are to be put in a bigger cover which should also be sealed and duly super scribed with our Tender No. & Due date.
